A friend, organizing the baptism of her daughter, asked me to make my Praying angels as big as possible, to be used on the decoration. I’ve resized all the pattern pieces and came up with a 60% bigger angel.
Last week she sent me some pictures of the decorated table. Everything looks so nice, but aren’t my handmade angels just gorgeous?
It is good to mention that all 6 angels have her daughter’s name manually embroidered on their back. Want to see and order some angels? Check these links:
Do you want to try to sell at Etsy? Here is a little help: use this link to open your shop and get free listings.
One listing usually costs $0,20 and is 3 months valid.
Have you heard about the Ezebee?
Earlier this month I’ve received an invitation from a fellow Etsian. Ezebee is a new (almost) free platform to present handmade products, but also vintage, supply and services.
Opening a webshop (or as they call it, a show room) is free. Placing a product is free. There is no fuzz about how long a product is available online. A bit like the Facebook model, you only pay if you want to promote your products or your shop within the website. Each promotion costs some “BeeCoins”.
You can of course buy those “BeeCoins” but you can also earn them:
- when you open a shop,
when you add products (this was a temporary promotion),
- when you help spreading the news about the site
You can also allow your clients to pay your products with BeeCoins.
